Rules
1) Participating agents only
2) Refer (1) closed escrow buyer (not a seller) within (3) months prior to listing your home with a participating agent
3) Referral sale must have generated a minimum of $15,000 gross commission to the office
4) A one time MLS Fee of $1,995 will apply, plus $299 RERM and $200 Coordinator Fee
5) Seller may offer a commission to the buyer's agent as this offer only applies to the listing side
